Maria has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. She started her insurance career in 1996 at Willis in Moscow where she was primarily responsible for the development of D&O business portfolio in Russia and CIS countries. In 2007 Maria moved to Willis in London where she continued to expand the D&O book and to successfully promote Russian D&O in the London market. In 2013, Maria joined Aon Facultative team in London  and acts as Executive Director to focus on FI facultative reinsurance in the CIS and CEE areas. Maria is frequent speaker in insurance conferences and seminars. After completing full ACII course Maria obtained the designated title of Chartered Insurance broker in the Chartered Insurance Institute of London.
