Shalabayeva Gulmira Kenzhebolavna – Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laureate of state award named after Ch.Valikhanov in the field of socio-political sciences, PhD of philosophy, professor, director of State Museum of Arts named after A.Kasteyev.

Author of the scientific articles and the following monographs: “Ethnos. Nation. Self-consciousness”, “Attainment of the culture”, “Kazakhstan: evolution of cultural policy”, “The Culture of Kazakhstan in world cultural field”, “Ye.Sidorkin. Ontology of artistic method”, “Eurasianism in the light of art”, and others. Author of albums and catalogues related to the art of Kazakhstan, including “Art of Kazakhstan on the edge of the centuries”, “Gulfairus Ismailova”, “Edges of realism”, “Space of Kazakh ornament” and others.

Shalabayeva Gulmira Kenzhebolavna is one of the persons who has a broad view to the socio-cultural processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Her academic pursuits have a high level of citation in Kazakhstan.
