Malinovskaya Elizabeth Grigoryevna – holds PhD degree in Arts, and is a founder and director of ARK art gallery. Laureate of the Union of architects of USSR in theory and critics field (1990), member of the following NGOs: AICA at UNESCO, Association of art experts of CIS countries, ESCAS, ICOMOS, and correspondent member of Peter’s Academy of science and arts. Graduated from Institute of foreign languages, and performed the postgraduate arts study at Arts Academy named after I.E.Repin, Saint Petersburg (1974-1985).
Author of more than 500 publications, 19 monographs. Initiated and gradually curates and implements long term (since 1980) scientific-practical projects: “Cultural paradigms of the formation process of young national schools of XXth century”, “Galleries of Kazakhstan as sociocultural phenomenon of the art of the newest age”. Took part at international academic publishing projects “History of collecting in Kazakhstan” (project of the University of Grass town, Austria), “Artists of Kazakhstan” in encyclopedia "Allgemeine Künstlerlexikon Internationale Künstlerdatenbank ("Artists of the World Throughout All Ages") – "AKL–IKD", München, 2013–2014).
Curator of 190 exhibitions. In 2006 she was awarded with “The Art philanthropist 2005-2006” award.
